Do I need a driver's license to drive the ATV?

No international driver's license is officially required since the ATV is driven inside closed, off-road ecological forest tracks. However, a basic safety briefing and driving instructions will be provided, and our expert staff guides the convoy at all times.

What happens if it rains?

Forest tracks become even more fun when slightly wet! We provide rain ponchos, and ATV driving runs normally. However, in the event of extreme storms or heavy typhoons, we will contact you to reschedule or process a full refund.

Is the pickup spot strictly in Hanoi's Old Quarter?

Complimentary pickups and drop-offs are included for all hotels inside Hanoi's Old Quarter district. If you stay outside this area, we can arrange pickup at a central meeting location (e.g. Hanoi Opera House) or coordinate a private transfer for a small surcharge.

Are there any weight or safety restrictions for passengers?

For safety reasons, toddlers below 5 years old cannot join. Pregnant women or individuals with severe back or neck injuries are also advised against driving due to the bumpy off-road forest terrain.
