Tours run in rain or shine, and we provide rain ponchos. If we have to cancel because severe weather makes the forest trail unsafe, you can move your tour to another date free of charge or choose a 100% refund (deposit included). If the tour goes ahead and you decide not to join, the deposit is non-refundable, though you can still change your date free of charge if space is available.
